InboxAxe provides hosted email and software for organizing conversations, preparing follow-ups, managing leads, and coordinating marketing work. Features may prepare drafts and recommendations; external actions remain subject to the approval controls shown in the product.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security controls.
You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant InboxAxe the limited permission necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed for recipients, contacts, and campaign content you submit.
Do not use InboxAxe for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, malware, credential theft, unauthorized bulk messaging, evasion of recipient preferences, or infringement of others’ rights. You must honor unsubscribe requests and applicable communications, privacy, and marketing laws.
Current prices and billing terms are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Recurring service, when selected, continues until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already earned are non-refundable.
AI-assisted drafts and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect. Review material decisions and outbound content before approval. InboxAxe does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.
We work to keep InboxAxe available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features to improve safety, reliability, or compliance. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, recipients, or the service; respond to legal obligations; prevent abuse; or address nonpayment. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” ZagAIrot Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for InboxAxe during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
