Texts and DMs for shops, bakeries, restaurants

One tap tells your customer it is ready.

Tap once to text a customer who agreed to hear from you: your table is ready, your order is done, see you tomorrow at 3, I am on my way. Their replies, and your Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram DMs, land in one place and are sorted for you, so only the ones that need you buzz your phone.

Try the 20-second demo

Every text ends with Reply STOP. Nothing sends until you tap.

Demo. Nothing is sent.
1. Pick a text

Pick a text above to see what Dana would get.

This is a mock to show the idea. The real thing sends from your own phone after your tap.

Who it is for

Anyone who says the same short thing to customers all day.

  • Repair shops: "Your phone is fixed, come pick it up."
  • Bakeries and pickup counters: "Your order is ready."
  • Restaurants: "Your table is ready."
  • Anyone with appointments: a reminder they can answer with YES.

How it works

  1. Add your customer.Add their number and confirm they agreed to be texted.
  2. Pick a message and tap.Table ready, order ready, reminder, on my way. Reply STOP is added every time.
  3. Replies and DMs sort themselves.Confirm, reschedule and decline replies are filed as Quick replies. Everything else, including DMs from Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram, waits quietly in Messages.

Honest limits

  • Texts go out from your own phone today. On Android they send automatically through the gateway app. On iPhone, Messages opens with the text filled in and you tap Send once, because iOS does not let apps send for you.
  • The shared InboxAxe number is not live yet. It is waiting on carrier registration, so Rings does not use it.
  • DMs: Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram. Not TikTok, LinkedIn or X. Until direct links to each network are built, DMs reach Rings through the network's own notification emails.
  • Consent is your word. You tell us the customer agreed, and anyone can reply STOP at any time.

Same account

Your replies are sorted. Add email, calendar, content and campaigns with InboxAxe.

One notification instead of a hundred. Rings runs on the same InboxAxe account, so you can add the rest whenever you want.

Questions

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Texts go out from your own phone number today.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes, with one extra tap. iPhones do not let apps send texts for you, so Messages opens with the text filled in and you tap Send. Android phones can send automatically through the gateway app.

Who can I text?

Only people who agreed to be texted. You confirm that when you add a number, and that confirmation is your own word. Every text ends with Reply STOP, and anyone who replies STOP is left alone.

Will it text my customers by itself?

No. Nothing is sent until you tap.

What about the shared InboxAxe number?

It is waiting on carrier registration, so Rings does not use it yet. Texts send from your own phone.

What happens when a customer replies?

Replies are sorted by the assistant into Messages and Quick replies, such as confirm, reschedule and decline. Only the ones that need you send a notification.

What does it cost?

The price is not set yet. Join the waitlist and you will see it before anything is charged.

Which DMs does it handle?

Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Telegram. Not TikTok, LinkedIn or X. They land in the same Messages view as your customer texts.

Is this a separate app from InboxAxe?

No. Rings is the texting and DM part of InboxAxe offered on its own, on the same account. You can add email, calendar, content and campaigns with InboxAxe later.
