Getting Started with InboxAxe

InboxAxe is your business run from your inbox: email triage, a grounded AI companion, lead capture, and governed marketing campaigns. Nothing is ever sent without your approval.

1 · Your Inbox Address

When you signed up you received a personal @inbox address. Forward mail to it (or give it out directly). Everything that arrives shows up in your Dashboard within seconds.

2 · Triage — the Axe

Every email gets a deterministic verdict: keep, screen, flag, or trash — decided by rules, not AI guesswork, in milliseconds. Add your own rules in Preferences and they drive the verdicts.

3 · Ask Chuck About Your Inbox

Use the chat panel and ask things like "what did the supplier quote?" or "what's due this week?" Chuck answers only from your real email — if it's not in your inbox, he says so instead of making something up.

4 · Leads

Senders and prospects are captured as leads and scored automatically. Anything scoring over 50 is a hot lead and appears on your Marketing page.

5 · Campaigns — Draft → Approve → Send

Press Run Agent on the Marketing page. The agent scores your leads, picks a strategy, and writes a personalized draft for each — then stops. Nothing sends until you approve the campaign. Approved sending is capped and warmed up automatically; a kill switch stops everything instantly.

6 · Social & Wallet

Social posts follow the same law: drafted for you, published only when you approve. Your wallet page shows credits and every charge in a ledger.

The Rules That Never Change

Your data stays yours (tenant-isolated). Every AI action is governed and audited. Nothing external ever sends without your explicit approval. That isn't a setting — it's the architecture.
